Many people say that they don’t have any will power, the will power to change something about themselves; this is particularly true when we are talking about fitness and weight loss. People seem to think that you need will power in abundance to have any success in this area and if you don’t have will power then it is an impossible task.

This is not really the way forward we don’t need huge quantities of will power and mental strength, we just need good motivation, a good reason to do something, if we have the right motivation we really can do anything that we want. The reason for this is that having a motivation to do something is a very strong emotion, if we have a reason to do something, if that reason or motivation to do this thing will enable something else that we really, really want to happen; then we have good motivation.

So how do you find this motivation to help in your weight loss? The first thing is that we know that we are too large or overweight and want or need to do something about it but why? Could it be that you want or need to attract someone new into your life, look good on the next beach holiday, perhaps your wedding is looming or have you got some health issue for which you need to lose weight? These are all valid and good motivation to use for your weight loss.

Once you have found your motivation to lose weight you need to firmly fix it in your mind, it can really help if you write it down perhaps add some kind of picture, a picture of you now or someone to emulate perhaps even a holiday scene; then put this where you will see it every single day. This a way of fixing your motivation to do this firmly in your mind, as each day goes by and you get nearer to your goal your motivation for this process will be there to remind you all the time.
Track your progress and success, perhaps by setting yourself targets each week that are attainable and congratulate yourself each time a target is surpassed; these are important stages that reinforce your motivation each step of the way.

Add good motivation to good food intake control and the best exercise for weight loss and you will be successful and achieve all that you wish for yourself.

Weight loss is one of the hardest things to do for a person. Especially if that person is obese. One way to lose weight and it might actually be the healthiest way is drink water. Drinking a lot of water will help in making your body from feeling hungry all the time. You could say it tricks your body. Now the amount of water one would need in a day depends on the person. I try to drink 8 glasses that are 8oz. but that’s just for me your probably totally different. You need to find find your own drinking level. There’s plenty of places on the web to find how much a person should drink in a day. Now another way to lose weight is not eating anymore fried foods. Fried food is one of the worst things for your body. Among other things it clogs up arteries. Eat foods that are baked or grilled.Such as fish chicken, salmon, steak,etc.If you eat while watching tv don’t eat things like potato chips. Instead eat some celery or an apple.

Try exercising more. If you can’t run then try to walk a couple of miles a day.Remember to stay Hydrated. And never exercise and eat a big meal. After a workout drink a lot of water and eating some kind of protein bar. Working out on some kind of fitness equipment is a good idea. There is an abundance of different workouts you can do on fitness equipment. The parts you probably want to workout the most is probably your arms. You can workout your biceps muscles, triceps muscles, back muscles, shoulder muscles, all kinds of different muscles. A lot of fitness equipment now also come with some kind of leg benching attachment. That is a great way to lose weight in your thighs all the way down to your feet. It will help to tone your legs and make them look better in the process. It will also help with your running ability.

Though this would be hard at first, so what you have to do is eat more. Yes have more snacks, eat at least 5 to 6 times in a day. Of course your meals having juices and you can now add fibers found in fruits and vegetables, and some good protein source from beans, nuts, and fish meat. Dietary fiber would make you feel full longer.

Exercise is needed as well to boost everything. Try to jog for at least 30 minutes to an hour a day. If you can’t then you can walk to work or something like that. This is the best way to lose weight in ten days. Do it and don’t just try it.
